All sales are final and no refund is issued.
REFUNDS (SPECIAL CASE)
In case of tampering (other than customs ), please gather proof by taking video graphic evidence of opening the package when you receive the package.
After assessments if we find your case genuine you can return the item and refund will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping & Payment gateway charges will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of you purchase. Any payment gateway charges will be liable by buyer. Order will not be cancelled once it has been processed for shipping.
